If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item to us for an exchange, store credit, or refund. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with their hang tags on. If an item is sent back and is damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to refund the return. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your item's delivery.
Please note that custom orders are final sale. Any sale items marked "final" in the product description are final sale.
If you would like to start a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. If you choose not to use our return label or are shipping internationally, we recommend you insure the item and/or use a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages.
After we receive an item the return will be processed within 10 business days to the original form of payment. The item will be refunded in full minus return shipping cost. If the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise we will refund the return shipping cost.
