Mother's Day is not just one day, it's every day.
With this special holiday around the corner I'm sharing what my daily life looks like and how I incorporate my clothing in it.
So much has changed in my life since entering motherhood, in particular, my wardrobe. I’m a mommy to a beautiful wild child who is only still when he’s sleeping. When he moves, I move, so I move around a whole lot. I have to have clothes I can move freely in.
I need my clothing to be practical yet stylish for everyday life: driving the car, working moments, grocery shopping, playgrounds, friends/family gatherings. To cut it short - a regular day of the modern woman.
Being a mom I still love breezy dresses. I just have to be more mindful of the length. If I go for a dress shorter than the knee length I just pair it with jeans to make it easy to move and groove in.
Jumpsuits are my absolute favorite type of clothing right now. They’re fun, easy and so comfortable. They can be dressed up or down, making them the perfect day-to-night outfit. I can move freely in pieces like this one, without worrying about my clothes falling out of placing.
I love to play with layers. It's a great way to create a new look with the same clothes! I pair this shirt dress with jeans here for a chillier weather, for summer I will skip the jeans part.
Stylish basics go a long way when it comes to looking effortlessly chic!
